I booked a Family A room with a lake view. The hotel view was beautiful and comfortable, the room and toilet were clean, and the room was as described in the photos, with only a slight lack of soundproofing. The hotel restaurant served a variety of delicious and satisfying dishes, and the staff were very friendly. Thank you.

The room was clean. It's an older building, but the bathroom wasn't very comfortable due to its age. Bathroom amenities were inadequate. The AC was noisy because the compressor was located right next to the balcony door overlooking Lake Toba.

Wow, I'm really satisfied with the service from all the staff. The beach is easy to access and you can go jet skiing. This is a really recommended hotel. I didn't expect to get lunch as well as breakfast.
