At Pesonna Hotel Tugu Yogyakarta, the health and wellbeing of our guests have never been more important. In order to secure just that, we have set up procedures, plans and routines related to COVID 19. We follow to guidelines of our local health authorities and taking all necessary precautionary measures. We create a safe environment for guest as following details: 1. We have been provided with information about COVID 19, management instructions and physical distancing signage. All listed and installed in visible corners in our hotel. 2. We have clear procedures for dealing with guests who experience symptoms to make sure the virus doesn’t spread. We are checking our guests’ body temperature with thermometer gun when guests enter hotel premises and encourage our guests to wash and use sanitizer frequently. We have all contacts numbers of referral local hospitals in case of any further necessary actions. 3. Our hotel has clear procedure to handle COVID 19 by training our staffs well. We instruct our staff to wash their hand frequently, wear face mask, face shield and hand glove. Encourage our staff to have no physical contacts, and keep a minimum of 1.5 meters distance (by installing physical distancing lines in lobby and guest elevator). 4. We strive to provide no less that extraordinary guest experiences, even in this challenging days. We clean and disinfect all of surfaces and rooms multiple times a day with special attention. Safety is our main priority and we’re ready to welcome you as usual.

This hotel is strategically located in the heart of Yogyakarta, close to the Jogja Monument. A short walk leads to Malioboro Street. Ample parking is available.

As for the room facilities, there's quite a lot that needs to be improved. The AC leaked twice, but we were eventually moved. The bathroom light was also flickering, but they eventually replaced it. The room itself is quite small. However, when there were any inconveniences, the service was quick to address. Thank you.

I had a very pleasant experience staying here for a business trip. The staff was friendly, and the location was strategic, close to the legendary Lupis. The room was spacious, with large, comfortable pillows. The lighting was good, and the amenities were complete. Breakfast was decent. The only downside was the small swimming pool area, but towels were provided in the pool area. The bathroom design could be improved; there needs to be a difference in height to prevent water from flowing into the sink area. I will definitely be back!
