The condo is owned by someone else, and managed by local residents. It has good access because it's directly on the beach and is cool because of the tall trees. Unfortunately, it's really poorly maintained, especially on the upper floors. It's really rudimentary. Even when I arrived, the toilet still had the remains of the previous guest's poop. OMG 😢

Thank God, I was given a newly renovated room, the room was nice and clean. It's just that the AC wasn't cold enough. Just a suggestion from me, if wifi was added and the living room was given a fan, it would be more comfortable in my opinion.

The view is directly to the beach, the view is really beautiful, especially if we stay on the ground floor, when we wake up we can walk straight to the beach, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the only thing that is less comfortable is the street vendors who are sometimes too pushy in selling their wares.

Kamar rapi bersih 3BR, unit nomor 19, lantai 1, pengelolanya baik, ramah, depan unit langsung laut, mau kopi, jajan, makanan dan lain-lain sudah siap yang jualan, enggak perlu jauh-jauh tinggal panggil, capek pegal-pegal sudah siap tukang pijat tinggal panggil, enak to.

Cleanliness of the room, toilet and living room are very clean, coincidentally got a new unit in renovation, kitchen and cleaning facilities are very complete, rooms have direct access to the beach, close to a mini market, the manager is very helpful and friendly, highly recommended, thank you Mr. Toyo for his service. Next Trip to Carita Definitely come here again. Thank you

Tempat lumayan luas tapi sayang ga disediain handuk dan sabun biasanya meskipun villa tetep ada handuk, majic com juga ga ada terus pintunya juga ga bisa di kunci dari dalam, karena keliatan pintu bekas dirusak gitu jadi ga bsa di kunci dari dalam jadi agak kurang nyaman aja. Tapi ga masalah karena yang cowo-cowo pada ga tidur merka begadang sampai pagi karena tau pintu ga bisa dikunci dari dalam. Saran kita harusnya segera dibuat bisa di benerin supaya nyaman buat penyewa juga.

Not bad, the old building is not worth the nightly rental price. The view is quite facing the beach. just a lot of sudden illegal payments. I didn & amp; # 39; t ask for the car to be washed on a rag tomorrow I wanted to check out instead I asked for car wash money. Funny looking for money. overall the holiday is quite fun.

In my experience, when I come to the hotel, I am a little disappointed because the conditions of the rooms are not as clean as before, there are more and more tradesmen, but because the room service is trying to meet our needs and trying to respond quickly, and the beach conditions are very comfortable for children so all flaws are covered.

Not bad for a stay of 1 night. not too good because it's also old place. And tend not to be maintained. the important thing is the room is clean cold air conditioner. Nice clean beach. It's fun to play on the beach. Children are happy.
