I have stayed here many times, 1 thing that has never changed even though I have complained every time I stay, namely the security guard is not functioning as a security guard, I brought 2 suitcases, to open the door the security guard just looked at me, there was no effort to help open it.

but the soundproofing from outside can still enter..needs improvement..Because there was a reception in the hall on the 2nd floor using a sound system..the sound of music penetrated into the room..so sleeping was not comfortable,,due to the noise of the keyboard music from outside...

For a 4-star hotel in a second-level area like Balige, it is very good. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is varied and delicious... the bed is also very comfortable. There are many good photo spots in the hotel area.

Can't access wifi. The food is quite varied and the restaurant has a nice and comfortable view. Lift access during breakfast is disrupted because there are only 2 lifts on the 8-story hotel floor.
