Strategic location close to the town square and Bandengan beach (only 3 minutes to get there)
The service and facilities available at the hotel are very good.
There is a microwave in our room type, the bathroom is very spacious, and clean. There is also a hair dryer.
The food is standard hotel prices. When checking in, you will be asked what time you want breakfast to be prepared. The variety is standard, but the taste is very good.
The comfort of the room is very comfortable. The room is spacious and clean, the mattress is very comfortable. Lots of storage space. The TV is already Android. There is also a place to wash dishes and soap.
The cleanliness of the location is guaranteed. The location is shady even though Jepara is generally hot, we did not feel this during our stay in Lucca.

The swimming pool isn't close to the rooms and isn't very large. There's nothing nearby, so if you want to eat, you can go to the hotel restaurant or go to the town square, about 15 minutes (4 km). The hotel breakfast is quite good with limited choices (ala carte). There's no direct beach access, so you have to drive to the nearest beach (Marina), about 1.5 km away, about 10 minutes away. The resort isn't very large.

Hospitality: The receptionist was very friendly, when I complained about the live music without prior notice, my room was moved so that it couldn't be heard directly. Very good, good service, good cleanliness, the food is also delicious, maybe for evaluation the breakfast choices should be more varied, the resort is not seaside but it is quite close to the beach, maybe 5 minutes to Prawen & Bandengan, for the rest it is nice.

Upon check-in, the receptionist wasn't there. After about 15 minutes, a tall, thin male receptionist appeared unfriendly and didn't greet, apologize, or smile like hotel staff. This continued with the security guard in the parking area, who seemed indifferent and unresponsive to guests, despite the hotel's excellent facilities and comfort.

I was a bit hesitant because the road passes through the apartment building, but it turned out to be worth a try.
