I was in big dilemma to chose a hotel for me and my 1st year old daughter during Nyepi day. Then there was Mercure. for me there were nothing to compare with any Accor properties since it's a big and well known property. For me it was the baddest experience I've ever had since I spent my time experiencing many hotels to stay. it was stated 4 starts but when I enter the room, the room was so small (even Maxone with price 300k have bigger room), room had no good maintenance (room ceiling were moldy, bed sheet were soggy, bathroom door have many rusty, shower & rain shower such a joke since it looks like it was leaking), all the furniture very old. another joke in the restaurant, they only have 1 restaurant (I don't know, that was they were told me), the restaurant for breakfast very small, was tight with people when busy, again the furniture and design very old (they even set up a round table for family which I believe they borrow it from banquet, red table cloth was dirty and they didn't even cover the chair with chair cloth. again, joke!), 4 stars hotel like Mercure didn't even set up all the cutleries needed on the table, they provide it in every buffet section like we eat in warung, no napkin (they use paper napkin which is very bad), buffet selection was poor. My baby ate the porridge and she vomited. Coffee machine such a joke, can't even provide any coffee selection besides regular black coffee. no cappuccino, no latte, no espresso, no nothing. Main course selection on the buffet was really poor, all buffet sections were dirty, were too far from hygiene. better all the Chef and FBM open their eyes to check all the standards for restaurant and hygiene. the baddest thing was, they even can closed their IRD during nyepi? where the h** can guests order foods? then called to operator (Highlight! the operator were never friendly. all of them!) to asked IRD since I need to feed my baby then she said IRD closed, only have 1 rest open which same rest like breakfast, ask for the buffet menu, she didn't even know. then I called to the rest, then they said just come directly to check the menu. then I come, then 20 mins I fed my baby, they started to clear up all the buffet (Joke!), no one told me the opening hour. I lost my appetite, the I left the rest without eating any foods since it was took out already. then there the fay I checked out. I went to the FO and the reception had no sense of any friendly services that FO needed. I even seen a woman who handle my check out process watched youtube from her phone on her desk during guest check out process? did they even know the sequence of service?, last but not least, I emailed the reservation that I will be celebrating my baby's 1st birthday and asked if they can prepare amenities or cake comp upon my check in but at 3 pm I checked in, no amenities, no cake. my husband even called to the operator to ask about it for 3 times and then it arrived around 7pm :) such an effort!! Ok, then this was really my worst experience stay. I learn one thing, next time maybe I need to stay in Sofitel or Pullman if I want to stay in one of Accor property. Since it seems like Accor don't give a shit with their 5 stars below hotels. I know how to work in hospitality, don't give me any jokes about all of services in all departments inside the hotel cause I knew it very well. Thanks but Maxone with 3 stars can even did better than this.

Hotel’s staff quite helpful. Exhaust fan was broken and there’s leak of water from ceiling at lamp place. Technician was success to repair it, thank you.
The hotel's service and people are good. The pool wasn't too bad. Unfortunately, the rooms are a bit old, cheap looking and need to be freshened up. It is a stark contrast to the Mercure in Bangkok which was kept much better.

I picked this hotel at first because it has a a pool for kids so my son can spend every day. The room is comfortable and clean. Hotel staffs are responsive and friendly. Even though it takes a bit of walk entering or exiting the hotel complex, but they well maintained on the green landscape and it has good sidewalks. Breakfast are ok, it can be improved with more selection of savory and sweet stuff. Last but not least, the room rates are affordable. It has good walking distance to restaurants and has shuttle that can take hotel guests to Balo collection and the Nusa Dua beach. Yay! Thank you for having us!

In general a nice looking hotel, but in reality its old and tired, room was wet and full of moisture floors were slippery and dangerous, bedding was wet and damp, full of mosquitoes, and small cockroaches everywhere, ordered a plate of fries at the pool restaurant took nearly an hour to come after several requests as to where they were! Breakfast was nice but the restaurant was stinking dirty couldn’t find a clean table to sit at nobody cleaning! Tea coffee water etc. All over the floor very slippery and unpleasant to look at, I could continue but you get the picture!

We received an upgrade to a ground floor unit, problem very damp, poor design layout and only 1 towel hanging space. Unhealthy.

The hotel entrance was really nice, it looks like 5-stars hotel. But once you enter.. a whole different story. Lobby was average, elevator so bad even the button was broken. Room was even worse: run-down bathroom, very humid to the point the floor got wet sticky and even the mirror got foggy (I tried the aircon temp around 19-22c, but the room was still like this). Location is nusa dua, nice but pretty far from everywhere and most of the hotels are resort -which is weird, this hotel concept is like a resort but really it doesn’t make you wanna stay long inside the hotel. Food: half-burnt garlic bread, cream soup that was so clear just like water. The good part: staffs was nice, pool was also good. Been around in Bali a lot but this was the worst I’ve been in, better save your money
We stayed for 4 nights. Quite nice hotel for reasonable price, my husband has golf tournament at Bali national. Only 300 meter from the golf course! Staff are very friendly, breakfast is good selection. Thank you
