First time staying here, first impression was very pleasant, the staff were friendly, arrived here at 1 am, the receptionist was still on standby to serve check-in. Got a room on the 3rd floor, access upstairs using the room key to open the door to the stairs, perfect for burning calories, got the room at the end, when I opened the door, wow it was so spacious, then in the bathroom there was a bathtub, clean, quiet, got a sahur menu (many choices), the taste suited my tongue, wanted to try everything, but later it wouldn't get to other guests 😃. The price was really worth it with the service I got, next time I go to Ponti I will come here again. Message for the hotel management, continue to maintain the service so that it continues to be optimal. Value for money is what I say.

I've been to this hotel several times, but this is the first time I've had a room without a window and it looks like it was a former smoking room, because there's a blower, and lastly, the color of the sheets and bed cover are very dull.
