Miapalma Diengcool

After 2 nights I stayed at Miapalma number 1, there are several things that need to be considered: 1. The main door of the villa cannot be locked because it is broken. But thank God it is safe because the villa guard stays 24 hours on guard in the villa area. 2. The drawer under the sink cannot be closed and is a bit dirty. 3. The downstairs bathroom ceiling is moldy. 4. The water heater is not working. 5. The upper curtain is only one transparent sheet, so please be careful when changing clothes, it can be seen from outside. Very impressive things: 1. Strategic location. Near tourist attractions, cafes, even souvenir shops. Very helpful in saving energy and time. 2. The air is cool, comfortable, safe, honestly feel at home 🥰 3. In the afternoon there is a meatball seller and in the morning there is a porridge seller passing in front of the villa. To the point of not having a barbecue because the food is abundant. 4. Barbecue packages are available at affordable prices. 5. The service is good and responsive. Very helpful for guests who stay. I had time to ask for a gallon refill and water heater repair. 6. The villa facilities are quite good such as smart TV, digital dispenser (can hot water), clean refrigerator, magicom and complete cooking utensils. Sugar, coffee, and tea are available. Breakfast is not free. 7. Soap, shampoo, towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, dish soap are available. Suggestions for those who want to stay: 1. Bring a large trash bag to keep the villa clean. 2. The temperature is quite cold, please bring more blankets. 3. Buy souvenirs near the offices because they are cheap, friendly and get a bonus, hehe very nice. 4. Before swimming, do a warm-up to avoid cramps like I experienced. 5. Happy holiday 🥰

The place is nice.. It's just that the water didn't turn on because the automatic water tower was broken, but it was immediately repaired, and the hot water turned on too.

A very disappointing first experience. The pool was dirty, the Wi-Fi was down, and the hot water in two bathrooms was also out. As a result, I couldn't shower until I got home, only to clean up. I complained to the staff, but they checked, but it wasn't resolved.

The place is nice, comfortable. But the cutlery and bathroom equipment need a lot of improvement.

The facilities are complete and clean. The rooms are comfortable and there's a swimming pool.

An Instagrammable villa, close to tourist attractions in Dieng, strategic location, with great facilities, comfortable for resting, and the most fun part is that the kids can swim in the mini pool 😁

It's not bad, but unfortunately it says there is floating when I get there, but there is no stock. Then when I take a shower in the morning, I don't know if the hot water is working, I've waited almost an hour and still can't. I wanted to go out and look for the staff, but there was no one there, so I just washed my face. But overall it's okay.
