Check-in was smooth, and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The bed was comfortable, allowing me to rest well. The hotel facilities were also quite complete and well-maintained. The breakfast menu offered a wide variety of delicious dishes. Overall, my stay here was very satisfying. The excellent service, cleanliness, and comfortable atmosphere made me feel at home. I will definitely consider staying at Midtown Hotel Samarinda again the next time I visit Samarinda. Overall, I really liked it here. It's a budget hotel that's not just any hotel. There are also plenty of food options around the hotel. Upon check-in, you're given two cards, which I found very convenient: one for electricity and one for the elevator, so you don't have to keep turning them on and off when you leave your room. The hotel staff is friendly, parking is ample, and access to everything is easy. The rooms are quite spacious. Perhaps housekeeping doesn't pay much attention to cleanliness, as the area under the bed wasn't cleaned. There were two used bottles and a broken slipper under the bed. Otherwise, I was satisfied.
