We've had a pleasant experience during our stay in Mikie holiday resort. The rooms were clean. The newly renovated rooms really created a different feel. Really feel like a 4 star hotel now. The staffs were nice and helpful. The check in/out was fast. And the hotel is really family friendly. Comfortable for children and elderly (except the stairs)

The hotel staff are friendly but don't smile, they seem indifferent. The food is quite good, there are many variations ranging from cakes, heavy meals and drinks from western and Indonesian, also Chinese. The room is comfortable and clean so the family who brought it is happy, it's great, close to Mickie Fundland and also the playground.

got a family room for 4 people, the room is quite spacious, good breakfast, family-friendly facilities, but if possible add tea and coffee, because it is only for 2 people even though we stayed with more than 4 people and the cups were only given 2.
next holiday may stay here again.

Don't know why We can't turn off the light. It is as if it it compulsary for us to keep one light on at all times. Had difficulty sleeping because the light is directly above the bed. Other thn that everything was okay.
