Should be standard single room, but got a double one on the first floor instead. The room is not as clean. There are yellowish stains all over the beddings, the bidet keeps drizzling, and the ceiling is humid and moldy. However, the amenities are complete, the AC is cool, and the floor is clean.

I've stayed here twice. It's quite affordable for West Surabaya. I was a bit confused at first because there was no signboard. The room was clean, fragrant, and tidy. It's just that the walls were dirty. There were also lots of stains on the sheets. The receptionist was a bit rude, sometimes rude when speaking. If possible, I'd recommend someone friendly. The guys on duty are friendly. The first time I stayed, the AC leaked and I had to change rooms. The door wouldn't lock properly. The second time I stayed, the key had been changed to a card. It was great 👍🏻. It's just a shame there weren't any hotel slippers.

The standard single type is all okay, but the toilet's position is uncomfortable. It faces the wall, with almost no space. The room size is also only suitable for one person. If you bring a lot of stuff, it's a bit of a hassle. The door opens directly to the bed, and there's only a small space to go to the bathroom. But other than that, it's very comfortable and quiet, with no problems with the AC. Mineral water, hotel amenities, and fresh towels are provided. The view is really nice. There are also many food stalls in front of the inn, next to the inn, and a short walk out is Ciputra Mall.

staff is quite friendly, can be improved such as Greetings, Smiles, Greetings mineral water must be requested first bathroom has an unpleasant odor sink is not smooth AC is noisy, dirty and not cold book 2 rooms, 1 room is good and comfortable, but 1 more as I mentioned above and for the surrounding atmosphere is also very comfortable, besides there is a mini market, looking for food also morning-night many traders close to everywhere, especially to one of the famous malls in Surabaya, just walk 5 minutes to get there also close to night culinary which is famous for its long queues so for personal experience quite satisfied thank you

Fast check-in process, location is close to West Surabaya area, many food vendors and also passed by public transportation. This is the second time here and they really upgraded the facilities in the room. Maybe need standby security staff to improve guest security because the car park is not inside the fence or closed.
