N1 Hotel Tanah Abang

The worst hotel I've ever been to. Dirty rooms, broken toilets, poor facilities, and no towels. Highly not recommended.

When I first turned on the tap, the water was black and smelly. I waited a long time for it to clear up, but it was still disgusting. The TV was dead, and the AC wasn't cooling. The gong had wet cat poop in front of the bedroom door, which was great.

Wow, the coolest place ever! Everything is perfect. Large rooms, great AC. Large bathroom with hot water. My sister and I really liked it. Next time we go to Jakarta, we'll stay here. Thank you to all the friendly staff. Stay healthy and successful. God bless you. Amen.

The room was so filthy, I'm glad I didn't stay there. I'm okay with not getting a refund. I'd rather sleep in a chicken coop than have to.

The service was very friendly and good, but the facilities were very poor. The shower leaked, it was dirty, there were lots of cockroaches, and the water didn't run.

I don't think it is a decent hotel. Cleanliness was a problem. The bed is itchy and I felt the dust in the curtains. The toilet was okay because the hot and cold shower functions. The aircon is not working sometimes. The ambience is too old and haunted. The Wi-Fi is not working on the third floor. There was no proper reception where the guests can stay or wait until their check-in. The price is affordable but does not compliment the actual expected accommodation. I think the hotel must be improved since it is accessible and has a spacious room. The only reason I stayed was I paid for two nights and I was out to visit some friends so I only needed to compromise for sleeping. Probably, I will not be choosing this place again because it was the opposite of what was advertised. This is why always read comments before booking, which I neglected to do so. I am hoping that the hotel can be revived as beautiful as it is advertised because the total structure of the building is still okay.

This hotel is very bad, like it's not maintained. The hotel floor is dirty, outside the hotel room is also dirty. The question is, is there no cleaning service here???? I got a bad room, the AC leaked until the room was flooded, the curtains were also broken, no towels and bath mats. I only came here once, I don't want to come back. Boarding houses are still better than this hotel. Has the hotel never checked the hotel? Don't just accept the money. But pay attention to the condition of the hotel, we pay here, we need comfort. And cleanliness is number 1. There are many things that need to be fixed in the hotel: 1. The elevator is dirty and smelly. 2. The sheets and blankets are worn and dirty. 3. Replace the sheets and blankets with new ones if someone has checked out. Don't use them again, if they are new there are no stains and smells. 4. Repair the damaged curtains. 5. Repair the leaking and not cold AC. 6. Maintain cleanliness. The floors are very dirty both inside and outside the room. 7. Provide towels, soap, and clothes hangers. 8. Clean the elevator. Sweep and mop it. Wipe the elevator walls so they're clean. Customer comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities. I'm always amazed by the hotel staff here. What do they do? Haven't there been any complaints about the damage and shortcomings of this hotel to the manager and owner?

The room was full of bedbugs. In the end, I didn't stay there.

Security is friendly, welcoming, and fun.

Just 10 minutes after entering the room, I immediately checked out and moved to another hotel. The window wouldn't lock, and the bathroom wasn't what I expected. Waiting in this room for the next day felt like a year, very uncomfortable.
