The hotel is clean and comfortable, close to restaurants and Indomaret.

The hotel was dirty, the water wasn't working, the elevator buttons were broken, the AC wasn't cold.

This hotel is very bad, like it's not maintained. The hotel floor is dirty, outside the hotel room is also dirty. The question is, is there no cleaning service here???? I got a bad room, the AC leaked until the room was flooded, the curtains were also broken, no towels and bath mats. I only came here once, I don't want to come back. Boarding houses are still better than this hotel. Has the hotel never checked the hotel? Don't just accept the money. But pay attention to the condition of the hotel, we pay here, we need comfort. And cleanliness is number 1. There are many things that need to be fixed in the hotel: 1. The elevator is dirty and smelly. 2. The sheets and blankets are worn and dirty. 3. Replace the sheets and blankets with new ones if someone has checked out. Don't use them again, if they are new there are no stains and smells. 4. Repair the damaged curtains. 5. Repair the leaking and not cold AC. 6. Maintain cleanliness. The floors are very dirty both inside and outside the room. 7. Provide towels, soap, and clothes hangers. 8. Clean the elevator. Sweep and mop it. Wipe the elevator walls so they're clean. Customer comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities. I'm always amazed by the hotel staff here. What do they do? Haven't there been any complaints about the damage and shortcomings of this hotel to the manager and owner?

The room was full of bedbugs. In the end, I didn't stay there.

Security is friendly, welcoming, and fun.

Just 10 minutes after entering the room, I immediately checked out and moved to another hotel. The window wouldn't lock, and the bathroom wasn't what I expected. Waiting in this room for the next day felt like a year, very uncomfortable.

The room, toilet, and the corridor are very dirty. Cockroaches were crawling on the bed at night.

Check-in on the 25th, check-out on the 28th. Changed rooms three times. The bathroom was really dirty, the lights were out, the TV remote didn't work, the Wi-Fi was intermittent, and the toilet wouldn't flush. There were a lot of negatives, really.

It's not bad, there's hot water too. The staff and security are friendly.

The excess can be left for storage, other than that it still needs to be repaired.

Strategic location, cleanliness has been further improved. There's a plentiful and varied food around the hotel, as breakfast isn't provided. Hot water and internet are pretty good. For the price, it's highly recommended. Give it a try.

This was the actual situation during my stay. It was completely different from what was advertised. The room was dirty and smelled of cigarettes, even with cigarette butts. The bathroom was filthy, with a broken toilet that kept running water all day. The door was broken and even patched with wood.
