The room is a bit cramped even though you choose the delux type. Room cleanliness is sufficient. Room furniture is less modern. Good service. The breakfast menu doesn't have many choices.

Old facility, overall the room is not clean. Bed sheet and blankets seems old. Towels looks like doormat. Worst is no clean water, so we left the hotel without taking a bath!

For the first and last time I stayed here. Starting from the service when checking in we waited a long time because the room was not ready. The room smells of sewage, stuffy, bed linen dirty and blotchy, carpet dust makes shortness of breath and dust in all the furniture look very good if it's never cleaned, breakfast is unpalatable fried rice tastes bad. The small shower water even turned off, so I had to take water to take a shower from the sink faucet. hot water does not work, after complaint we were given hot water in a bucket that was cooked first from the hotel (Helooo. this is my hotel, my house). Really make this kapok hotel. I stayed in room 208 which incidentally was a junior suite room but I guess the room in the hotel is jasmine, which is quite expensive for a suburban hotel location. I hope the hotel can listen to customer complaints. A business can progress and develop thanks to criticism from customers.

1. the mattress is yellow. 2. just set 8 hours breakfast is up. 3. the bed pillow is hard. 4. The entire photo of the Nikita hotel hangs at Pusa, even though it is a hotel that is on the border of the city.

I choose deluxe, but in reality it doesn't fit like a photo, because in my opinion the hotel is given a standard type room. I asked the hotel, is this a deluxe type, and answered yes. What's even more disappointing to me is that the room price is too high to 470,000, with room conditions like jasmine class. What you can be proud of is the good food.

The service is very bad, the employees are very rude and rude especially his career. The rules are like boarding houses. Yesterday the four of us, 3 men and 1 woman were not allowed to enter the room despite wanting to discuss our business. So want to be with business partners. For friends, don't stay here, the service is bad and my readiness is not to stay overnight and they are not responsible for money or scorched money. A very poor hotel and dirty rooms.

Hotel location is near to Bukittinggi iconic spot ( Jam Gadang) - around 10-15 minutes by Car. Local food, hawker stall, and mini market are easy to find surrounding the hotel. I stay in the second floor. Room is good. Air Con quite new and using TV cable. Bathroom is clean but the warm water to take a bath only available until 7 am. We can enjoy local food for breakfast. First day they provide nasi goreng padang and kolak pisang and next day of my stay we can try mi goreng padang, soto padang, gado gado, and bubur mutiara.
