This resort isn't bad, actually. The view is absolutely beautiful, that's my favorite part. But as for the service, I think the staff still needs a lot of training. They're friendly and kind, that's obvious. It's just that they're still quite awkward, not very responsive, and not very proactive. For example, when I asked the receptionist about the possibility of upgrading my room (because I wanted one overwater), the answer was "we'll check first"... but there was no follow-up at all. The same thing happened when I saw on Instagram and WhatsApp that they had Fun Dives / Discovery Scuba Diving (DSD) activities. I was really interested and asked, but again, they only said they would check, with no further news until I returned home. So, overall, the staff are nice and friendly, but they're still a bit awkward and lack initiative. In my opinion, this resort is more suitable for people whose main goal is diving.

Overall, the location and views are great. No need for a swimming pool; just jump off the terrace and you're right on the beach. The downside is that access to the main road is isolated, requiring a small pier and speedboat.

The hotel staff is very friendly, if you like a private resort, this is very suitable because it is far from residential areas, because you can only go to the village using a speedboat, for the sunrise view, the sea is great. Those who like diving/snorkeling, this place is also very suitable for you.

Ruang utama cukup bersih, Kamar mandi perlu diperhatikan terutama bagian dinding atas dikarenakan banyak debu yang tidak dibersihkan, Bantal dan guling tambahan di dalam lemari berjamur dan baiknya di take out dan bila diperlukan baru diberikan dengan yang layak dipakai. Seluruh management dan staff sangat ramah dan sangat membantu. Makanan A’la Carte semua enak dengan harga yang sesuai dengan porsi yang diberikan. Akses ke resort butuh sedikit effort karena ada dibagian dalam pulau maratua. (turun speedboat naik kendaraan mobil jemputan dengan bak terbuka (perlu menggunakan mobil yang lebih layak apalagi bila hujan dan panas terik) kemudian lanjut naik speedboat untuk menuju resort. Resort sangat nyaman, dengan view yang sangat bagus dan bisa naik perahu kayak gratis dan berenang sepuasnya untuk dewasa atau yang bisa berenang. Overall recommend buat pasangan dan yang mencari kenyamanaan saat berlibur.

We had a great stay and their friendly and willing people to help you. However I didn't like to make decisions and payments in advance for all trips. Because of the bad English first frighten you with charging for everything with solving problems that occur. But when they understand you it will all come right. The management is not at the hotel but at an office in another city sadly. However the boatcaptain, Bundri, Johan (dive instructor), Yoko (dive buddy) and the staff treated us very, very well and the dives and the pictures Johan made were great! Thanks a lot 🙏🏻

Overnight here is very satisfying! The service excellent and very friendly. The arrival of a little late only to worry about. Hehehe Very recommended lah! For anyone who is going to spend the night here, will be picked up at the nearest port to the airport, more time-efficient than the port in general. Thanks noah Maratua Resort!
