That price includes a double queen bed, a great deal, clean rooms, ample parking, and a fully equipped kitchen. However, if there are a lot of guests, the hot water becomes scarce. The management should add a water heater so that guests can have a warm shower in the cold weather. Overall, the price and the amenities are worth it.

The price is worth it with good, comfortable facilities and a view of the city lights from the homestay terrace. Close to BNS, Jatim Park 2, Eco Active Park. Batu town square is also not far away. There is a communal kitchen so you can bring instant noodles or make your own coffee. The room is comfortable, so my child slept soundly. When you enter, it smells good, is clean, and has hot water. In front of the entrance alley, there are already many food vendors if you don't want to go far. In short, you won't regret staying here!

That's great. Maybe if it's not busy, I'll stay longer than a day next time so I can relax. Yesterday was a bit rushed. It's really easy to notify people if they're going to be late, and the guards are always on standby.
