On the floor I slept there was no WiFi because the info WiFi did not reach the floor, 3, hot shower water was not there, pillowcases were not replaced still smells of previous customers.

To the hotel manager. Initially I was asked for a 100,000 deposit, and it was said to be returned upon check-out. At that time I checked-out at dawn because the plane ticket was early in the morning. After I arrived at the new airport, I realized that my deposit had not been returned. I have called the hotel twice, and to this day my money has not been returned. I am very disappointed!
