The hotel staff is very friendly, the point is it is very comfortable to stay at Oyo Bukit Somber.

Saya kapok cukup 1 kali ini aja nginap d hotel ini masa haraga ada tambahan biaya lagi gak sesuai di app sesudah tiba di hotel.

Dzolim banget yang punya penginapan. Saya datang dari luar kota jam 3 pagi, mau check-in kayak mau ngemis. Katanya kamar nya penuh, padahal saya sudah booking dan bayar dari 1 hari sebelumnya. Giliran orang mau check-in, dimakan waktu nya. Air nya juga mati pas saya datang. Semoga berkah deh, makan hak hak orang lain. Mending diperbaiki dulu pengelolaan penginapan dan kerja sama nya sama aplikasi aplikasi nya, jangan sampai orang yang tidak tau sistem kerja sama nya seperti apa sama aplikasi malah jadi korban. Kamar booking-an saya sepertinya diambil sepihak atau gimana sehingga pada saat saya datang untuk check-in (sudah bayar), kamarnya dibilang sudah full (tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya jadi saya dengan santai dateng malam jam 22.00 dong) dan uang saya dikembalikan. Seandainya saya dateng sendiri tidak ada teman, saya akan jadi gembel sendirian tidak tau mau nginap di mana di kota orang!
