Pelayanan tidak bagus pihak hotel kasih kamar sembarang pilih kamar kipas angin tapi besar atau kamar kecil pakai AC, kamar besar yang berAC kami pakai tidak ada pihak hotel berkata siapa cepat dy diberikan kamar bagus, kami kan sudah pesan kenapa diberi kamar yang tidak ada AC atau kecil dan pihak hotel suruh kami cari hotel lain kalau tidak mau nginap padahal saya tidak bisa kembalikan dana karana saya pesan tidak kembalikan dana. Pihak hotel juga hampir ribut dengan suami saya, terpaksa kami menginap di kamar kecil tersebut seperti kamar lajang, shower patah tidak bisa di gunakan.
