Very suitable for healing. The green nuance is there. Superrr friendly service. Delicious food. At first I didn't have high expectations because I read the reviews but the experience I got was satisfying and didn't cause trauma. It seems the service has been improved. We had correctly booked a Brigg House, but when we arrived, we got a smaller room, a Brigg House with a garden view (according to the employee who delivered the room, a different type). We also got a lower room, which was smaller and didn't match the picture we booked. We didn't get any confirmation at all, so we had to upgrade because another guest had extended their stay.

The staff is very friendly, the place is comfortable and suitable for a staycation with family. There are many seating areas that can be used to relax. For those looking for peace and quiet, you can book another room type, because if there is an event, the sound from the garden area will be very audible. The AC in this room is not cold enough :(. Oh yes, the room is cleaned every day and towels are changed, so don't worry about cleanliness!

The hotel's concept is okay. But the room cleanliness is spotty; it's obvious the sheets aren't changed often. The toilet, especially, is DIRTY. We got a Paradise Room with a top view, near the entrance. It was noisy until early morning, with vehicles coming and going, and people's voices. If it's built close to the road, it should have been soundproofed. We had morning activities, but we couldn't rest until 2:00.
