Pieces are unexpected. Nice hotel for relaxing. Breakfast is so so but the environment is fantastic. Hotel room is good and soacious but the location is a bit far from town. However, we will be back for it again.

The room was lacking in cleanliness, with mediocre amenities, and it didn't match the price. There were gecko droppings on the terrace, room, and bathroom in several corners. There was a dead cockroach in the bathroom. I asked the receptionist for a cleanup, but no one came until check-out. The food wasn't delicious, and it didn't match the price if we added anything. During the afternoon snack, even the cakes were full of flies. The only good thing was the outdoor area, which was cool and had lots of trees and ornamental plants.

Friendly and responsive service. When there is a problem with the room key, it is immediately reported to the technician and fixed. Breakfast is quite complete, types of rice, lontong, lupis, porridge, cake / bread, fruit, 3 types of drinks. Only the access road is not wide enough, can't make a difference.

We stayed here for 2 nights, the staff were very friendly and helpful. But for cleanliness, please improve it. 1. The sink was clogged. 2. Yellow and dirty towels (on the first day, on the second day because I complained, they were replaced and so far it's okay). 3. Glasses were stained. 4. The floor was sticky and dusty on the first day. 5. The dressing table was not very clean. For food, good taste. Thank you.

Not a great experience. Surely not recommended for family. Hotel bedroom & pool area was dirty, the facilites were mostly old and broken, even the food quality from ala carte and breakfast not worth the price. But thanks to Pak Andika from the restaurant, good service.
