The room felt a bit dusty... there were no toiletries, the mattress was also hard so it wasn't very comfortable. Another thing is there was no elevator... you had to climb the stairs manually.

Everything is super.... except for the elevator, access to the upper floors is still manual via stairs. The atmosphere is cool, typical of Batu City, and there are lots of food options around. Highly recommended for large families.

All night long, it was noisy, people moving chairs and banging on the walls. I don't know if it was Sprtix from the rooftop because I was on the 3rd floor, right below the rooftop. The food was delicious. The water heater and AC worked well. Hopefully, it will be even more comfortable, Kdpanx

From the hotel, the mountain is clearly visible, the room price is cheap but the room is quite spacious, the bed is a double bed but each bed can accommodate two people, my wife wanted to borrow an iron but instead the hotel staff ironed it for free, thank you.

The location and hotel are amazing

big room fits many people.. hehehe near a food stall to hang out.. spacious parking lot, but unfortunately there is no lift.. its ok, just consider it exercise by climbing the stairs

Clean and comfortable, pleasant service, beautiful view, just a bit out of breath when going up and down from the room to the ground floor (no lift/escalator)

Overall it's okay, I just feel sorry for those who are staying here with suitcases...it's hard to carry them...there's no access to a goods lift...have to climb the stairs...not recommended for elderly people or those who bring elderly people here

wonderful experience ever! this hotel was so lit! they have a super affordable food in ther cafe, and we can buy our snacks in minimarket below the hotel! need meals? it's so near to every resto we have also you can just go to their cafe lounge upstairs! you can also enjoy the city lighy of batu! (this is a photo of my meals last time, i got fried rice n ice tea for only 15k in that size, nyam 😋) they've upgraded the servuce by added tootbrush to their bathroom (cuz there's a review told us they don't provide it before) no need to be worried about soundproof. well maybe lot of people worried abt that, but it's not really is a big matter. we can't hear our nearest neighbour convo and loud sound from outside, but if we dropped our things on floor/table, our nearest neighbour def will hear that one.. so be carefull and keep your voice in low to medium volume! well.. cons in the room only cuz they don't have netflix on tv and hanger in their room (idk if that one is by request or not 💁🏻‍♀️) also this place near to anywhere, lippo batu, ☆bucks, any resto, dessert store, alun" batu, and any holiday spots! do if you do looking for affordable room, you should stay here for once! have a nice day!

The staff are friendly and helpful, unfortunately there is no lift, the junior suite has no window, feels stuffy and there is no toothbrush in the bathroom.

Nice hotel, great, clean, spacious. The only drawback is that payment cannot be made using an EDC machine/debit card/credit card.

The hotel is comfortable, clean, I really like it,, you can swim in the hotel next door (paradise1) the price is also pocket-friendly, the only downside is that there is no elevator... recommended for staying again😊

Nice hotel. It's near the lippo plaza batu, alun alun, and many tourism destination such as Jatim Park 1, Jatim Park 2, Jatim Park 3, and Museum Angkut. And since their location is in the same building with the souvenir store, we can buy souvenir here (such as keripik tempe, pia, apple, and many other) with special discount for the hotel guest. Although they have no elevator, there's a cleaning staff who helped us bring our suitcase to the reception which is located on the 2nd floor of the building. The check-in process was quick and their staff helped us bring our suitcase to our room on the 3rd floor. The room was clean and spacy. We got 2 queen bed, and since we stayed with our child it's very useful and lucky for us. The staff is friendly. In the morning, they will text you to inform you about the breakfast, even they offer to deliver the breakfast to your room. The food was tasty. Overall I really enjoyed my stay here. But I hope they will give their guests slippers and also provide a cable telephone in the room, just for internal communication to the reception or housekeeping.

Very good, clean hotel, big room, friendly staff, delicious food, close to Batu city center. Suitable for staying with family, but if you bring parents who have difficulty going up and down stairs, it's a bit of a homework because there is no elevator / escalator but outside of that everything is perfect. Very clean, spacious and big room, clean bathroom, nice view, close to Batu square and Lippo 💜

Very, very impressive, spacious room, spacious bed, clean environment, pocket-friendly prices and the cafe's food prices are also pocket-friendly, I didn't regret staying there for 2 days.
