It's comfortable, especially the floor mattress. Ma'am who is also friendly, the response is fast if we ask something, the water is fresh, clean, there are snacks, mineral water, and if we want to make tea or coffee we can make it ourselves in the kitchen, WiFi access is also fast. A 3 night vacation with siblings at affordable rates, in prime homestay, especially the mediocre budget. If you want to buy dinner in front of the alley there is a delicious tasting and very cheap, next to the alley there is also a sushi. If you want to have breakfast beside the alley a little to the east there is also a cheap breakfast.

His mother is very friendly and kind, his response is fast, close to Malioboro and bakpia souvenirs can just walk, clean rooms and toilets, wifi is great, the price is very affordable.

Yes, for that budget, transit is quite comfortable. However, the ladies are really rude, not a single smile 😁. Not to mention, when I wanted to check out, I had to wait because my ID card had gotten lost somewhere. Luckily, I found it in about 15 minutes. By the way, if you want to enter the alley to the location, you have to guide the motorbike first.

I booked a room for my child who had just visited Mount Merbabu and wanted to spend the night around Malioboro. The owner responded quickly to the chat. The room was in line with the price but the cleanliness was maintained. It is located in an alley but close to Malioboro. It is suitable for backpackers. Thank you, owner, for your cooperation.

I booked a two-night stay here, and it was my worst experience staying in Jogja. There were so many bed bugs, mites, bedbugs, and bedbugs that they were all red and swollen. It looked neat from the outside, but when I went to bed, I was so infested with bedbugs that I couldn't sleep, even though I'd just gotten home from work. I ended up staying with a friend, and some of the bedbugs had sneaked home with me. I only stayed for one night and checked out the next day, I couldn't take it anymore. If it smelled or was dirty, I'd be okay, especially with that budget. But I hate bedbugs. They reproduce easily, and once they're infested, they're hard to get rid of. You have to wash your clothes with Baygon or boil them to kill them. The plus side is the mother was kind and gave me bottled water, that's all.

The lady who gave me the key was incredibly rude. The room was ugly, with cracked walls, and smelly because it faced the toilet, which was incredibly dirty. I used to be a regular there, but after my last visit, I might have moved on to a better place to stay.

The price is very affordable for those of us looking for a vacation on a tight budget, and it's still relatively close to Yogyakarta station. Early check-in is also welcome, and it only costs an additional 50% (25,000 Rupiah for a single bed) to the room rate.
