Pasangan yang sudah menikah harus memiliki dan memperlihatkan identitas diri seperti KTP suami-Istri / fotokopi Buku Nikah / minimal foto-foto pernikahan pada saat registrasi (check-in). Pihak hotel berhak untuk membatalkan / menolak reservasi jika tamu tidak dapat / menolak menunjukkan kartu identitas yang diminta. Hotel has a sharia policy. Will not receiving any reservations made by non-married couples and that the married-couples has to present themselves with a valid government-issued identity prior to check-in such as Indonesian ID card (KTP suami-istri) / Marriage Certificate / wedding photos. Failing / refusing to do so will result in the rejection of the reservation.

The room is not soundproof, so people can be heard going up and down the stairs. The tissue provided in the room is like toilet tissue, the AC is not cold, it only works like a fan, then the sink water is small and there is no hot water even though the price is around 250, it feels like staying in a boarding house. The lights are dim, the walls are colorful, there is no TV broadcast. Free mineral water is only in the small room.

Small bathroom, no warm water, wifi signal is slow and finally can not be used. This is strange: my stay was not in the Permata Inn hotel but by the front office clerk was moved to 2 buildings next to the Permata Inn that read Roemah Bunga.

AC is not cold, TV still uses antenna, almost all channels are not clean, rooms are okay and toilets, only hot water is not available. A little disappointing because the price can be as cold as the room air conditioner.

This is a great place to stay, although you are in a budget. I had a standard room with a shared bathroom, which is right in front of my door. The room is comfortable with AC, TV, and a washbasin for basic cleaning and washup. The hotel itself is within walking distance from Plaza Medan Fair nad Petisah market. The pedestrian access is not that good though, but still walkable. You have an option to use grab, gojek, or any conventional taxi to go to any directions in Medan. I will definitely return to this hotel on my future trip to Medan.
