My experience of staying 1 night here... The atmosphere is comfortable, not noisy, the bathroom is clean, the wifi is smooth, the AC is really cold... It is located in the city center, so it's not far if you want to eat... I will stay here again if I come to Balikpapan again.

The faucet doesn't have regular water, it's really hot, you can't take a shower, the toilet is broken, you can't flush it, the button for the waste disposal is broken, if you have to flush it, the shower spray is broken

Got a room at 305, good elevator access. Overall the room was good. Unfortunately the bathroom smelled a bit like there was water seeping out of the toilet, so it was annoying.

Everything is satisfactory, hopefully it will be maintained 👍. Maybe a little input, hopefully the pillows can be replaced with standard ones 🤭🙏 Because several times I stayed there, I got limp ones, Thank you. Always be successful app.
