The property and staff are absolutely stunning. The rooms are clean, and the F&B is top-notch, exceeding expectations. All the staff are incredibly friendly, even to local tourists, which is rare. Special thanks to the two female staff members at the front desk and Kiky, if I'm not mistaken, from the restaurant. The management and staff training are excellent. Highly recommended, and I'll be back again.

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, there is also a restaurant which makes it very easy and you don't need to go out just to find food, because Pondanu is really for enjoying/staycation, I really enjoyed staying at this hotel and next time if I go on holiday to Bali I will stay here again.

I have stayed here twice, for those who like peace, away from the crowd, this is perfect. The staff is friendly & helpful. The room is clean, the facilities are complete and there is even a towel dryer. You can also get a welcome snack, or you can have room service because ordering food from outside is a bit difficult, it has a smart TV so if you want to watch youtube or netflix it's safe. Hopefully next time you can come here again with your family 😁

Second time here. Wonderful retreat along the lake. Close to Handara Gates and Botanical Gardens. Dewi and all the staff are awesome. Cabins are wonderful.

Wow! Such a breath-taking location! Pondanu cabins by the lake are the most stunning cabins fitted out to an incredible standard with all of the creature comforts you could want, the breakfast and dinner there is amazing too.. yet the most beautiful part are the stunning views over the lake. The sunsets are out of this world! The beautiful family that run this place are so very kind and genuine, we left feeling like part of the family! Anga the nephew of the owner took us out and showed us the highlights, the next day his family lent us their kayak and we kayaked around the lake and saw the temple on the water. We can highly recommend pondanu cabins by the lake for a gorgeous retreat away from city life. Thank you! Thank you! We stay again!!

Comfortable, cool atmosphere, lake view rooms, amazing views, complete and delicious breakfast. Awesome chicken porridge, delicious Hawaiian pizza and fried bananas are soooooo good, amazing bonfire. Hot water works well, fragrant room, perfect for relieving the stress of the hustle and bustle of the city.

All the staff are friendly, starting from the FO, restaurant crew, speedboat officers. The room is very luxurious, but unfortunately there is no local TV broadcast. The view of the lake and there are also mountains, very cool. Cold. The soap and shampoo smell really good. As for the food, I think the taste needs to be upgraded again. Thank you PondaNu, see you again

Hotel yang strategis di bedugul dekat kemana, masuk gang lumayan 1km, tapi mobil bisa masuk. Jalanan bagus menurun. Pemilik sangat ramah dan baik, staff petugas masi muda-muda dan friendly baik ramah sopan sekali. Dapat welcome snack dan buah. Air mineral free banyak. Kamar bersih banget, bisa upgrade room juga… pelayanan mantap bagus sekali. Kita d jemput dari turun mobil, sampai check out. Receptionis walaupun muda cekatan ramah dan baik. Tempat sejuk, tidak ad ac, tapi udara dingin sekali… tempat tidur bisa jadi hangat, dan ada water heater, 9.5 untuk hotel ini. Next balik lagi.
