It's comfortable, the service is friendly, the swimming pool isn't heated enough, haha, even though it's really cold. The room is nice, okay. The only minus is that at night there's something rustling in the bathroom, haha, I don't know what it is. I booked 2 rooms, and they said that in the other room there was also something like nails scraping against the wood. Well, I'm positive it's a dog.

Check-in is quite quick. If you book a glamping tent or garden view room, parking is a bit of a detour through an alley near the hotel. This hotel is especially nice if you have free campfires at several locations at night. The swimming pool is nice with warm water. The hotel is very close to cafes in the Penelokan area, so if you want to enjoy the sunrise, they're only a 5-minute drive away.

It was a very comfortable stay. The atmosphere was peaceful, the staff was friendly, and I loved the fried rice, which was so different that I even bought some to take home. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful atmosphere and friendly staff.

A land above the clouds ☺, so cool. The price is super affordable. There's a heated swimming pool, so the kids enjoyed swimming even in the cold weather. There's also a bathtub in the room for a warm soak. If you want to go to Kintamani's viral cafes, you can just walk.

The staff are all friendly, the atmosphere is peaceful, and the air is very cool. The restaurant also offers delicious food, plenty of games for children, and it's very family-friendly.
