The bedroom was dirty, the toilet leaked, and there were mold spots. The bedsheets were dirty and smelled stale. The interior was damaged, and the TV remote was broken. The pool was tiled and needed immediate renovation before being rented out. It wasn't worth renting for the price we paid. The water was off for over 5 hours on the second day because the pump was broken.

Kuta Mandalika Beach is just steps away, with restaurants and souvenir shops nearby. The hotel offers complete facilities for morning jogs or simply a comfortable walk. The only downside is that the in-room Wi-Fi is currently down.

I booked three rooms for three nights to take my sister on vacation in Indonesia, but instead I got a room for three days. The TV wouldn't work at all in any of the rooms. My intention was to provide the best hotel for my sister, but it was a dud. I complained, but there was still no follow-up. The excuses were the remote, the channels, the connection... I was tired of complaining. One of the most remote hotels I've ever stayed in. The swimming pool was also like a fish pond, only 0.8 meters deep. The only good thing about this hotel was the pool attendant, who was responsive, offering towels and escorting me to pool chairs.

The receptionist wasn't helpful when requesting a better room on the upper floors, claiming they were full, but in reality, there were many empty rooms. The concrete view on the second floor didn't match the description of the pool view room. The food was mediocre, so-so, not very tasty. That's all.

Staying at the Raja Mandalika Hotel was a delightful experience with my family. The atmosphere was comfortable and the service was excellent. The staff was very friendly. However, the soundproofing between the rooms was quite poor. Hopefully, they'll improve it in the future.🥰
