The service was quite good, and communication with the hotel staff was smooth and accommodating to customer requests, including upgrading to a better room with better amenities. However, the hotel management needs to pay attention to the cleanliness of the rooms.

Belum sempat masuk kamar. Karena saat sampai sudah beda hari pemesanan. Kami bersedia pemesanan ulang tapi resepsionis minta pemesanan secara offline. Tidak ada kamar/habis untuk pemesanan secara online. Karena bertele-tele kami batalkan untuk menginap.

At first, I changed rooms because the air conditioner was not cold, the next day after changing rooms, the bathroom water was clogged and didn't run after showering.
