I've stayed here several times, the rooms are clean, it's just that getting in and out of the hotel is a bit complicated, you have to keep reporting, maybe it could be made simpler.

the location is good.. the room is good.. the receptionist is friendly... BUT be careful when CHECKING OUT... they made it take a long time and made an excuse that there was damage so we could PAY... when we asked to contact the MANAGER, the excuse was that there were several stages and I said I would wait for the manager... instead I didn't pay.. the staff's game is funny.. BE CAREFUL

The location is good, the room is good, the receptionist is friendly. But be careful when checking out. It took a long time and made an excuse that there was damage so we could pay. When we asked to contact the manager, the excuse was that there were several steps and I said I would wait for the manager. In fact, we didn't pay. The staff's game is funny. BE CAREFUL.

The sheets were really dirty, stained, the bathroom mat was dirty. The toilet was even worse. When I complained, the answer was like this. When I wanted to check out, it also took a long time, I don't know what. I was fed up, I wanted to go to the Royal Prima Hospital which was stressful.

Alhamdulillah, yesterday I stayed here for the CPNS test and overall it was very, very good, the room was nice, clean and newly renovated so it was very, very comfortable. The water in the bathroom was also smooth. I had overthought the previous reviews that had low ratings but in my personal experience, thank God everything was comfortable. The receptionists were also very friendly. Those who want to stay comfortably and cheaply, God willing, it's safe here 🤗. Oh yes, a little improvement in the future; Maybe the bed sheets can be replaced with better ones (yesterday I stayed here and brought my own extra bed sheet hehe) thank you Reddoorz for your service 👍🏻.
