Really like the semi-industrial concept of the room.

The hotel staff was friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The view was definitely a highlight. The location is remote, making it difficult to find food. The restaurant's food is less than recommended, with prices, taste, and variety being better. Overall, it was very enjoyable.

The location is close to shopping centers (Epicentrum Mall, Alfamart, Indomaret and others). In front of the hotel there is a fairly complete and cheap food seller.

The hotel is comfortable, the atmosphere is beautiful, the rooms are nice, clean, neat, fragrant, and the hotel staff are friendly.

Overall it's good and comfortable, but the bathroom shower is really small, and the hotel towels are not very absorbent, not the usual hotel towels.

The bathroom is so dirty, disgusting

I am a long-time customer of this hotel, this hotel is my thumbs up, besides close access to the Epicenter, the price is friendly, BUT NOW not anymore, because day by day it is getting worse, the cleanliness of the room, the bathroom is not maintained, there are many bedbugs on the bed, the toilet is not clean and so on, it seems that our family will look for another hotel subscription. Thank you, friendly waiter.

The bathroom can be improved in terms of cleanliness. Please make sure the towels are new and don't smell because the towels are not proper towels. The blankets should also be washed every time a guest checks out because they smell of sweat. When I first stayed here in 2023, it was always fragrant and clean, why is the quality decreasing now.

There was a problem with the ceiling of the room leaking rainwater, but the hotel immediately found another room. Good services👌

The toilet can only flush once. I complained but there was still no solution and asked to move rooms, they said it was full. Even though the distance to Epic or the city center is close, it's a shame. I have to think twice about staying here again, I'm afraid I'll b*ke*r

I always enjoy staying here. It feels like home. The place is near epicentrum mall, just a few steps we can get to the mall. The surrounding environment is not noisy but close to the highway. There are also many shops and food stalls so you don't need to worry if you are hungry in the middle of the night. In the hotel parking lot there is also a coffee shop that sells various kinds of drinks.

You cannot early check in because they will charge you

Have stayed here many times because the location is very strategic
