Great location. They allow early check-in upon availability. The rooms are a bit small but decent. If you're looking for a comfy place in a central location, then this is for you.

Hotel with the most delicious and varied breakfast in Semarang.

The location is strategic and access is very easy. However, the room facilities lack a water heater and there's no coffee/tea available.

This wasn't my first staycation at Rooms Inc. The service was top-notch, with the staff incredibly friendly and responsive. Everything was fine, except this time, the Wi-Fi in the room was a bit spotty. Otherwise, everything was fine. I'll surely come back again next time.

Strategically located, adjacent to the DP mall. Overall, the breakfast was okay, but the only downsides were the room layout, which made the space seem small. The mineral water provided came in pitchers and gallon jugs with covers, so it's unclear what minerals were used.

The staff is friendly. The hotel is adjacent to a mall, so it's easy to find food. The only thing missing is a trash can in the room, but otherwise, it's pleasant.

This hotel is actually conveniently located, not only in the city center, but also close to Lawang Sewu and the many culinary delights nearby. It's also adjacent to a mall, making it easy to access. It's quite good for those just traveling. However, since I often work in my room, I need a desk and Wi-Fi access. The room is also a bit cramped. I kind of regret checking in here yesterday.

The hotel is integrated with the DP mall, making it easy to find food. The downside is the cramped rooms, which lack desks and chairs.

It has been a regular place to stay when in Semarang since 5 years ago.

Rooms in the mall are worth it, the place is clean, comfortable, very private, the service is friendly, and the food is really delicious...

Of the many times I've stayed here, this is the first time I've felt uncomfortable with the communication and attitude of the lady manning the egg stand, who even used the term "you" to address a teenage guest of her own age. Just a suggestion, it's best to use "Mbak/Mas" out of respect. Hopefully, things will improve in the future. Thank you.

Stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety. They also had Indomie noodles. The room was quite clean and the staff was friendly. Best of all, the hotel is right next to DP Mall, which is a great location. 👍

I've stayed here many times before when I've been back home, and usually, I've never been asked about my child's age at breakfast... this is the only hotel I've ever been at. This time, from check-in, I wasn't informed about breakfast, especially regarding age restrictions. So, every day for the past five days, I've been asked about my child's age. If he was allowed in the previous day, then he's still allowed. The guys who asked the same thing, or they could have just checked the previous day's records (my child is still under 6 years old). How much did he eat? If you don't believe me, you can check your ID card. 😹 Today, the person who asked the question and was guarding the room happened to be a lady with long hair and knee-length pants. She asked if my child was "under 5 years old?" You guys didn't even provide any age restrictions from the start, and then suddenly, every breakfast, you're being asked every day!! Then I reread the hotel's breakfast rules from the app and found that the maximum age limit for children under 6 years old is still free. How could the lady change the rule herself to "under 5 years old"? 😹😹 Just asking, or what? The lady who often offers testimonials/input/offers, perhaps to her chosen guests, while sitting with the guests having breakfast.
