There's only one downside, and it might not apply to all rooms. But in my room, the water heater wasn't working properly, meaning it wouldn't produce hot water even when the shower was full. However, the sink worked fine, even getting very hot. Everything else is fine, no worries 🫶🏻

Overall, it is a good hotel. However, on one night, I was unable to sleep because there was an event outside the hotel, and the noise was quite loud and could be clearly heard inside my room. I understand that this was an external event and not the hotel's fault, but it would be great if the windows had better soundproofing to minimize outside noise.
