Scarlet Hotel Makassar

Horor. Pengalaman nginap 3 hari sangat menyesal, tidak bisa refund alhasil telan pil pahit. Hotel tua, dan pengap. Ada lukisan di setiap koridor, sewaktu-waktu bisa hidup. Asli horor hotel ini. Tempat sih strategis, tapi kenyamanan lebih utama.

Seprai kotor. Tidak ada sabun dan aminities lainnya. Handuk tidak tersedia. Dinding pecah, retak, dan ditambal dengan plat seng. Bahkan ada sarang laba laba di belakang pintunya. Hotel yang sangat tidak direkomendasikan. Saya baru check in langsung Check out setelah melihat kondisi kamarnya.

Kamar kotor dan horor, jangan coba-coba menginap di sini kalau tidak mau menguji adrenalin.

Masa tidak ada handuk nya yang ready. Benar-benar kecawa.

Kontor, berdebu, handuk dan tisu tidak disediakan,

Jangan coba-coba pesan hotel ini. Nanti menyesal.

Saya tidak jadi bermalam di scarlat, karena semua kondisi tidak layak, dari pintu kamar banyak bolong-bolong, kamar bau apek, ac tidak berfungsi, semua mineslah.

Kamar mandinya kotor parah, shower nya ada tapi unuse als rusak, AC nya panas gakda dingin-dinginnya. Semoga bisa segera diperbaiki semua fasilitasnya dan memberikan rasa nyaman dan aman bagi pengunjung hotel.

Foto tidak sesuai dengan keadaan hotel, di jebak dengan photo yang tertera di aplikasi, harapan kami sebagai pengguna agar hotel yang begini jangan didaftar di aplikasi.

Buruk sekali. Resepsionis area, kotor. Tidak ada lift. Tidak ada troli. Tidak dibantu angkat barang. Kasur berdebu. Air toilet jalan terus. Lampu redup (bukan karena konsepnya remang-remang) AC panas. Tidak ada remot dikasih. Kondisi barang-barang tidak baik. Tidak sempat foto-foto saking gak percayanya. Tidak sampai 1 jam, kami langsung check out. Dan mereka seperti senyum-senyum saja. Tidak bertanya atau curiga ada apa. Sepertinya mereka senang. Karena uang masuk, dan mereka tidak perlu lama-lama menjaga tamu. Suasana agak serem.
