Having a wonderful stay in Ubud area. The hotel is located near to Ubud Water Palace, art market, and Monkey Forest. The room is clean and comfortable. All staff are polite and helpful. Keep it up!

We really love to stay in this hotel during our time in Ubud! The reception welcome us nicely and giving welcome dring and a cake. The room is super clean and the arrangement of the furniture is just perfect! The amenities is super complete. The hotel also located in strategic place, just go outside you can find what you need just in walking distance. Perfect!

Just wanted somewhere to lay my head for the night and do a spot of shopping. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean, comfortable, quiet room, with a comfy bed and an amazing hot shower.

I stayed for 4 nights, including Nyepi day.
The hotel is located far from just a 10-minute-walk to the palace where the Ogoh-Ogoh parade was held. Some stores near the hotel still open after 11:30pm, when the Ogoh-Ogoh parade was almost over, so that I could get some foods for Nyepi day.
It was great that they offered a class on how to make Canang Sari, something that I've been wanting to learn long time, on Nyepi day. I definitely recommend staying at SenS Hotel and Spa Conference Ubud Town Centre if you plan to visit Ubud during Nyepi.

The hotel has 4-star amenities & the staff both at the reception, restaurant & housekeeping were all nice & attended to our needs in prompt & professional manner. There was just a little hiccup with the airport pickup from DPS as the hotel driver left without us. Our flight was delayed for 3 hours, but the driver checked & could not get info about our flight. Still delayed flights are not rare & the driver & hotel should have made sure that we get on the hotel shuttle from DPS to the hotel as arranged because we gave them our flight #. Other than this, we had a nice stay at this hotel.

The stuff was grate , the hotel overall is nice.location is quite good.
The only problem is shower and toilet cabin. It is made from glass and have only curtain not to make it aquarium :)

I arrived for my last night in Bali on the 14th as I was leaving late the next day and I was shocked at the standard of this hotel. The floor was still wet from where they had cleaned it 5 minutes before my arrival. The door wouldn’t lock and due to the staff knowing instantly what I was on about this must’ve been a recurring problem. The shower had a spiders nest in it with little baby spiders crawling in and out. Must’ve been hundreds. It’s right next to a building sight so I saw stray dogs and a few rats scurrying across not to far away from the hotel. The staff weren’t helpful at all and had no interest in me they more fixed the door as to get me to shut up. I didn’t even bother asking for a refund as they were incredibly unhelpful. The standard was so poor I ended up calling my driver I booked back to the hotel 20 minutes later to take me to the airport straight away as I was able to change my flight. Overall even with the price it’s a unclean, lazy, dusty hotel to stay in and I do not recommend

The pool and breakfasts were great. Property might be due for some updating because some parts are showing some age....not bad, but would help. The staff could not have been better....real Balinese hospitality. The location, right across from a major Bali temple, was great as the night we were there was a major religious event that was incredible to witness. It is a short walk into the city center for the palace and museums, although the sidewalks are narrow and the traffic is extremely busy (which can be said throughout Bali). We would definitely rate it very well if you want to stay within walking distance of the city center, Art Market and restaurants. There are probably more updated resort properties around Ubud, but they are way out of town....SenS is 'in the thick of things'.
