Actually I don't expect anything, with the cheap price that the hotel offers we really understand, but unexpectedly we can't flush the toilet 😩😭, hopefully the hotel can renovate the leak on the 1st floor 👌.

The worst hotel ever. They posted the picture was really good on app. But when we came there doesn't meet our expectation at all! The staff was unhelpful. No bathmat, no AC, bad smell, waiting time so long. Key doesn't work and every time we tried to open our room we need to go to the front office because they didn't fixed our key! Inside the room a lot of mosquitos and an ants! Nasty! The elevator doesn't meet the safety requirements for guest! We were really upset to stay there.

Hotel is in bad shape, can't use the pool, restaurant closed, room is dark and, linen is dirty. And I was asking for wifi password but the reception said they turn of the wifi, not help at all then I have to go out of hotel for my zoom meeting.

Very dirty hotel its like you pay for motel, when I checked in I found room with heavy humid smell then I move to another room I found garbage from previous guest. Theres no bath towel and the pillow they never change still opening? Very bad smell. This hotel its not recommend to stay in bali. Its different with another kagum hotel in this group.
