I love Shanaya! Wow I really do! Can't wait to go back & enjoy my next vacation there. Hopefully soon! The cottage, the bed, the bathroom, the ambience, the view, the food, even the TV channel was great! Thank you Shanaya, my family & I were having a great time & created some awesome core memories.

A comfortable place to find peace with the family, there is a play area for children, there are swimming pools in 4 locations. To get to the resort, use a shuttle car, for those at the resort you can walk because it is close to the lobby/restaurant. This hotel & resort has a wooden feel, at night it is lit up with aesthetic lights, the breakfast menu variations are also delicious & there are lots of choices with indoor & outdoor restaurants.

It's really exciting, for those who want to staycation, just spending time at the hotel won't be bored. Get a room with a balcony, open the door and immediately hear the sound of gurgling river water. Road access is also good. There is a car ready to pick you up from the room to the lobby and locations around the hotel, the wait isn't long either. Cool room facilities, friendly employees and good service. 👍.

My family and I stayed here for 2 nights and were very happy! Would be back someday. We stayed in the Ranggawuni room. All staff very friendly and helpful. If you want to go anywhere, you can order a buggy car via WhatsApp, it will be picked up later. Because my children are picky eaters, so I don't order plus breakfast, buy food online. Gofood or grabfood. The staff is willing to deliver food to the room, just inform the order driver on whose name the room number is. Until we went back and forth, because once we ordered, we had several orders. Hehe, thank you, good staff. They deserve a raise wkwk. For those who bring toddlers be aware, yes, because the area goes up and down, steps. Afraid of her child rolling. When I stayed overnight I had a chance to walk to the area near the river, there was a room under the river and suddenly there were naked mothers posing to defecate there. Oh God, I'm shocked, I don't know what the mother meant. His intention was to go for a walk in the morning and look around, instead he was surprised that there was a naked person who plunged into the river. (I'm reviewing this really randomly, sorry, I still remember the shock). Overall, this place is so good. Definitely would come back with my family. Hopefully everything will get better. Good luck to all staff. Hopefully more prosperous.

It was a really good experience staying here, the location of the resort is really wide and there is still some more development, definitely the next few months will be even better, the staff are all friendly, unfortunately the location is far away, going to Malang city 30 minutes, so do going to Batu also 30 minutes
