My first time staying at a hotel, I was confused about finding a good quality hotel at a reasonable price, and this was a very pleasant experience. The staff was friendly, the room was as pictured, and I got two free bottles of mineral water, a welcome drink, a toothbrush and toothpaste, and body soap. Stayed for one night for work. The room was spacious. The bathroom was clean. The staff was friendly. Close to Simpang Lima and lots of delicious food nearby. The only downside was the lack of drinking water, like a kettle. Toiletries were also adequate. I'll definitely stay again because the room was very comfortable.

Management should start paying attention to details, such as the doors, the faded paint on the rooms, and improving the Wi-Fi/hotspot quality. Everything else is already VERY GOOD. Keep it up. Thank you to the Hotel Management and Staff.

The winning point is the location is good, near the city center, mall, lots of food, get a welcome drink, it's just a shame that a hotel of this class doesn't have a place to boil hot water, don't get coffee or tea, the bathroom sink is a bit clogged, the toilet spray is slow and then makes a noise and leaks, the toilet flush pressure is difficult, it has to be opened first, the bathroom door is hard to close and the old, ugly base makes it unpleasant to get on, parking is also difficult, luckily the security guard is quick to respond, yes overall it's okay for the office but not for families. thx

For the past 7-8 years, it's consistently been a family's first choice for accommodation when visiting Semarang. The staff is friendly and helpful. What's more, across the street from the hotel is the famous Conglik ice cream parlor.
