I was only 15 minutes late because I lost my key. I asked the receptionist to open it, waited 20 minutes, and then they found the key. When I checked out, I was charged for the missing deposit, deducting it from the late check-out fee. I was only 15 minutes late, and this was the first time I'd slept in a hotel like this. I deliberately asked for a printout of the bill.

The first time we stayed, it seemed safe, no issues, but the second time, we happened to bring food to the room and ate downstairs, and a baby cockroach came out (I'm so sorry). Then, when we got back from outside, we saw a small cockroach still running around, probably because the lights had just been turned on. When we checked, it was also dusty under the bed, so maybe they could pay more attention to cleanliness. I didn't take any photos, but I did capture a few videos.
But other than that, the elevator, service, reception, and access were all safe, thanks.

Staying at the Splash Hotel was enjoyable, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The historic Jamik Mosque is just a short walk across the street. Finding food around the hotel isn't difficult, with plenty to choose from. If I ever return to Bengkulu, God willing, I'll stay at the Splash Hotel again. Oh yes, one downside: when I wanted to use two room keys, the hotel said they only had one. They should have at least two with an additional deposit. That's it, otherwise, everything was fine.
