There's plenty of culinary options, and it's close to the souvenir market. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The beds and rooms are top-notch quality. They're very comfortable and clean.

I just stayed for two days and found the hotel to be clean, both the bathroom and the towels. The hotel's location is also very strategic, close to Tunjungan Plaza and the culinary center.

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, with wooden floors, a soft mattress, 4 pillows, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, and good hot water. The bathroom is spacious and the elevator is a +++ rating. There's no kettle, cups, coffee, or tea in the room, and the mirror is only in the bathroom. The malls are very close.

The hotel is nice, neat, and clean. The room is a bit small and the AC is old, but it's clean and comfortable to stay. The location is GGWP, close to the city center, only a 5-minute Grab ride to TP. FYI, there's no restaurant. Overall, the stay was comfortable and good.
