Second time staying here. The service is excellent. Security is also excellent. There's security, and you need a key to enter the hotel. Not just anyone can enter. The room was very clean. Breakfast is provided. The staff is very helpful and friendly. It's close to the station. There are also many restaurants, shops, pharmacies, and more nearby. This was a great experience.

Really nice place to stay. The location is great but the service and the kind people who work there is what makes it truly special. Was also pleasantly surprise to see the book collection provided at the lobby there. I was expecting standard-un interesting book in the lobby (as it usually is in most lobby-public places I've been at) but their collection here are really good, from the novel from murakami to girl on the train and some by george rr martin. Will definitely borrow some when I visit next time.

Sun Rise House is located in a very strategic location, near MRT Setiabudi. It is easy to get around. I was alone there and stayed in the single room, it is on the 3rd floor. The bedroom is very clean also the bathroom. It has shared kitchen on 2nd floor, you can cook and wash your dishes there. Also on 3rd flood there is small pantry where it has fridge so we can store our foods there (do not forget to put room number or name on it), there is also water dispenser so you can get cold or hot water, and also microwave so you can heat up your food. There's a nice swimming pool at the ground floor and it has rooftop area for chilling. The ambience is quite so you can relax while you are staying at Sun Rise House. They also offer to clean your room if you would like to. And no need to mention that the room rate is very affordable. For sure I will stay there again next time. Thank you for a great hospitality!

Everything is great. The most important thing is easy access to the public transportation system. Needs updating and improvement: 1. How to use the television. There's no information about how to use it, as it only supports Netflix and can't watch regular TV channels. 2. The breakfast menu needs to be updated, as there's no information about it. 3. Unfortunately, the rooms aren't very soundproof, so slamming doors is very audible. Overall, everything is good, comfortable, and recommended for events around Sudirman or Monas.

The staff is very very very friendly, the place is very clean, the only thing I can feel is the wires on the bed because they don't use a mattress on the bed, the shower head needs to be replaced, everything else is Perfecto! no complaints

A treasure trove in the heart of South Jakarta! Affordable, comfortable rooms, close to the dining area, and a swimming pool! The hot water takes a while to come out, so if you want to take a shower, turn it on first. There are no prayer mats, mukena, or hair dryers available for rent, so make sure you bring them. Breakfast is okay, but don't expect amazing food, as the room rates are also cheap. Will be back for sure!

there is a price, there is quality incomplete explanation at check in. At 3 am the room phone rang 2x and at 4 am 1x, in the morning I complained and was told the system was wrong. The room's AC was not cold, there were worms in the bathroom, only given soap and toothbrush, under the bed was not swept.
