Townhouse Oak Grand Orienchi Jakarta

Pesan kamar double karena sama suami dengan harga beda 30rb pas check in dia bilang kamar ga available trus dikasih twin. Resepsionisnya gak ramah banget, gak solutif malah bilang, hanya beda 10rb dan no refund atau minta maaf. Endingnya dia tanya, jadi gimana mau ambil yang twin atau gak? Ya logikanya, masa saya harus cari hotel malam-malam tempat lain. Dia bilang bisa di gabung, tapi nangis banget digabungnya dengan cara di dorong doang, harusnya diganti spreinya jadi doble dan selimutnya ganti. Belum lagi kamar mandinya gak ada kepala shower nya berasa mandi langsung dari pipa. Awalnya bakal jadi longstay karena saya lagi hamil muda dan gak bisa PP, tapi ternyata sangat mengecewakan. Very not recommended. Belajar lagi hospitality karena yang murah dengan kualitas sdm yang bagus banyak jaman sekarang.

This was my worst experience staying in a hotel. Here are the reasons: 1. The hotel name in the website with the real name is different. 2. The elevator died and I had to carry my luggage alone to the top floor, without any help from the hotel staff. 3. I booked a non-smoking room, but my room smelled of cigarettes. 4. The shower water was not warm at all. 5. Receptionist is not friendly and not standby at the front desk. I do not recommend staying at this hotel. I booked a room for 4 days, but I checked out early on the 3rd day.

Cleanliness is bad, no hot shower.

Used to be Hotel Maven, now it's changed to OYO. But it feels more maintained and cleaner, the staff is also ok friendly. Get standard amenities (towels, soap, drinking water). Overall nice experience

The smell of cigarettes and the room was dimly lit. But the bed is comfortable, the water is hot and the AC is cold. The toilet seat looks like it has been burned by cigarettes :/.

The place is really comfortable, quiet, clean. The service is extraordinarily friendly. Very satisfying with such a basic rate, it's really the best and it will be a favorite place to stay if you go to the South Jakarta area.

Very bad for the service and this place. Asked for a smoking room, but at first they weren't given one, so the AC couldn't turn on! Finally protested and asked to move rooms, then moved to a smoking room on the 5th floor, room 507, and the AC was still difficult to turn on, whether it was the remote or whatever. The elevator is dead! Very strange, can you imagine I'm on the 5th floor going up and down the stairs, but the lift access is dead? Don't want to pay more for electricity? The bathroom was so dirty, in fact, that I didn't want to shower there, I didn't even want to pee often because it was so dirty and full of crusts. The place is really messy. I don't know if it's due to renovations or what, so the stairs to the 5th floor are dusty, and it looks like there's a hotel trolley filled with blankets or something that's messy and hasn't been tidied up. The only advantage of this place is that it is close to MRT access. The lobby is still quite neat, the rest is not that good. I won't want to go back again, really.
