Surya Hotel & Cottages Prigen

I've been to Hotel Surya more than once, so it's definitely a recommendation.

I always love Hotel Surya. The restaurant is open 24 hours. If you're looking for something outside the hotel, there's plenty of satay.

The food is stingy for a hotel of that price, only selling the view. Breakfast only includes two types of fruit, and even then, it's shared with a group.

It's really ok... the only thing for the bf is that there aren't many varieties and the food refills aren't as fast.

Nice.. The staff are friendly.. And the hotel is child-friendly, lots of play areas and it's free.

If you've never been here, you absolutely must! The service and cleanliness are 5-star.

The AC isn't cooling. I've called the technician. It's still not cooling. The kids are having a rough sleep. The toilet seat is dirty and still has poop on it. I complained immediately and it was cleaned.

When I first entered the front portal gate, I was told that motorbikes were parked through the back, check-in was fast, and the lobby was comfortable for waiting. I got a room on the 6th floor, number 619, an executive suite with no balcony and no view. But the room was big, had its own living room, its own bedroom, complete amenities, clean, unfortunately not all smelled good. It was comfortable, I slept peacefully, the facilities were very complete from the swimming pool there were 2 + 1 in the kids park area, gym, playground, many without leaving the hotel again. For the evening in front of the hotel there were many Tretes culinary delights, grilled corn, satay, wedang ronde, etc. Unfortunately, check-out took a long time to be asked to check in, but we as guests who asked whether or not the check-in had been done until they asked twice before it was done without being told directly to us. And I forgot my watch, thank God it was there, but at that time I had checked out and was on my way out of the hotel and had already left, after 5 minutes my husband came back through the front of the motorbike road and put it in front of the security guard, it seemed uncomfortable! Was it because he was riding a motorbike? Not friendly, a little disappointed, never mind.

The hotel is very kids friendly. I have stayed at Hotel Surya many times because the kids always request it.

For the umpteenth time we stayed at Surya Hotel Trawas... Staying in a suite room in front of the hotel lobby was very comfortable with a car park in front of the room, the variety of dishes and tastes were also delicious, the view from the restaurant upstairs was also good.

The hotel staff is friendly and kind, everything is quiet and cool.

An old hotel, but still timeless. It's still quite nice. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. There's a swimming pool. The food selection isn't extensive enough. There are many food vendors around the hotel.

The sofa and carpet in the room smelled of dust. They might need to be laundered periodically. Other than that, everything was great. Highly recommended. I'll definitely be back. Thank you.

Friendly service, clean, comfortable place, my favorite

This was my first time staying here and I was impressed with the hotel's condition. I had a room with a mountain and city view, which was stunning at night. Cleanliness was also well-maintained. Food and drinks were readily available nearby.

The service and amenities could be further improved, especially the Android TV entertainment system. Overall, a good place and stay.
