One of my and my family's favorite hotels to stay. The hotel was placed in the middle of the city, so we could go anywhere easily. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was tasty. And importantly, all staff were friendly and helpful. Will be back again someday.

The front desk service was very friendly. My check-in time was 2:00 PM because my morning flight arrived at the hotel at 8:30 AM. I left my luggage at the hotel so I could comfortably explore the area first. At 12:00 PM, I was informed that my room was ready. Thank you 🙏

A hotel with good cleanliness and friendly staff. Although I once had a room on the 7th floor, the bathroom had a strong odor upon entering, but it dissipated after a while. I stayed again on the 5th floor and the smell was gone. Overall, it's a comfortable place. Although the lobby parking is a bit cramped, the location is strategic for eastern Surabaya, and there's no traffic noise. It's worth it. Thank you.
