Check-in was as usual. When we got to the room, we thought the blanket/sheet had holes from cigarettes. At first, we thought, well, that's it. But when we reached for the pillow, we saw that the bed sheet was torn. We tried to ask for a room change, and the staff said that's how it is for all of us. Then we asked to be upgraded to a better room, so we could pay more. They said they couldn't because we bought it through the app. We had to pay in full if we wanted to upgrade. 🙃 We were really annoyed. Okay, that's enough for now. Hopefully, the facilities will be improved so other guests don't suffer the same fate as me.

The room would be more comfortable if the shower didn't work, no towels were provided, and the mattress was full of dust.

oh my god, the bathroom is really dirty, the walls are not cleaned, there is a lot of moss on the walls, it's so funny, the room smells of camphor... the walls are dirty, there is no maintenance. Don't even bother with maintenance, the bathroom is just dirty 😑😑
