The hotel staff was quite friendly, but they didn't smile enough. There was no parking attendant, so we had trouble getting in and out of the back parking lot. And the room lights were dim.

Have stayed several times when visiting my children studying at ITERA, the room is quite comfortable, the AC is cold, there is drinking water plus toiletries, there is hot water too. There are many foods around the hotel if you want to buy souvenirs, just cross to Jaya Bakery, near the Kotabaru toll gate. Overall comfortable for me and my family.

Overall good. Only the bathroom door handle is broken. Then the paint above the bathroom is damp and black. Maybe it needs to be repainted. My AC is on full fan and 16 is very cold. Maybe it needs to be cleaned again. Provide mukena too. There is only a prayer mat. The sheets were indeed replaced. Only because it was no longer pure white, there was brown, my husband was a bit awkward to sleep yesterday. The mirror could probably be replaced with one that is not famous for paint.

Sorry, not recommended for me. The receptionist was rude. The cleaning service was also reluctant when asked to clean the room. The reason for the cleaning hours was past even though it was only 1 pm because I happened to be going out at the same time.
