The staff are very friendly and helpful, even the security also did a great job. I could do early check-in by request and they really realized it. And about the room? Oh, look at the view, I stayed in the room with mountain view in 9th floor, and the scenery was amazing. The room was wide, comfortable, and clean. The bed was also nice to sleep in, neat, and clean. It was such a wonderful experience to stay at 101. Thank you 101 ^^

I booked a room with a sofa bed, and the room was 28 square meters. Upon check-in, I was given a room with a sofa bed, not a sofa bed. My wife complained to the front desk and then we were moved to the room we'd booked. Why did I have to complain in the first place? I also used the Vidio app for TV, and many channels were unavailable. Hopefully, the TV channels can be improved.
