The staff's friendliness and cleanliness are okay, only for late check-out you don't get much time, but it helps that there is an area in the swimming pool where you can change clothes, especially for guests who are having an event.

One of my favorite hotels when I stay in Malang. The rooftop has an awesome view. One suggestion is to put a little bit of freshener on the bedsheets and pillow sheets, they smell a bit funny and old. Otherwise, everything is great!

I stayed for one night and booked two twin-bed rooms for four adults and two children. The staff was friendly and helpful when I requested that the beds be joined together. The mattresses were large (despite being twin beds), soft, and very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and spacious. One slightly annoying thing was that there was a smoking area at the end of the hallway on my floor, and the smell of cigarettes permeated the hallway and into the room. Overall, everything was fine. I would stay here again if I were in Malang.
