The staff are very friendly and helpful, even the security also did a great job. I could do early check-in by request and they really realized it. And about the room? Oh, look at the view, I stayed in the room with mountain view in 9th floor, and the scenery was amazing. The room was wide, comfortable, and clean. The bed was also nice to sleep in, neat, and clean. It was such a wonderful experience to stay at 101. Thank you 101 ^^

If you're on vacation in Malang, this hotel could be a good choice. We stayed for two nights, choosing a Deluxe Twin room. The room was spacious, with a smart TV and a sofa bed, perfect for a family with two children. Facilities include an indoor pool, a small playground for children, and a gym. There's plenty of parking. Wi-Fi is good, available throughout the hotel. The food is delicious, especially the French Toast. It's close to Kayutangan Heritage, Klojen Market, and the train station. I forgot to check out the rooftop 😁

Although we only stayed for one day and one night at 101 OJ Klojen Malang, we found the service provided by the management to be excellent. Our family loved the clear mountain views from the rooftop of Hotel 101. The hotel staff, from the security guards, doormen, front desk staff, and even the hotel manager, were very friendly. The security guards and doormen were quick to respond and helped with luggage during both check-in and check-out. Hotel amenities such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, television, hot water shower, electric kettle, and more all functioned well. The hotel's cleanliness was also very well maintained. Another highlight was the strategic location of Hotel 101 OJ, close to Malang Baru Station, Klojen Market, and more.

Our favorite hotel during our visit to Malang. It's strategically located near the city center, Klojen Market, and in front of the hotel there's a restaurant that can also be used for comfortable and enjoyable gatherings or appointments. The rooms are also comfortable: spacious, with sofas, a great view overlooking the mountains, and the staff are friendly. Yesterday was our first time trying the breakfast menu, and it seems there's still room for improvement, both in terms of variety and taste. I think it's better to order on the rooftop. The price is still affordable and in line with what's offered, not overpriced. A must-try when visiting Malang.

It was wonderful actually, but rather a bit uncomfortable because my husband cannot smoke in our room while working (we booked a room from the app but it didn't say smoking was not allowed in the room). Placing the television in the middle between the bedroom and the living room also reduces the comfort of watching it. The room is spacious and clean, love it

We arrived at the hotel almost midnight. I asked for help registering before arriving via WhatsApp, and they readily assisted me. I was very grateful. The room was spacious, the food was delicious and varied, and all the staff were very friendly!! My best decision was celebrating Eid at this hotel!
