Stayed at the Langham for the first time last Eid with my family. The room was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious, and we also had dinner at Tom's, which was also delicious. Had such a good time there, thank you.

It was a pleasure to have the experience of staying at the Langham Hotel, because it was my birthday I got a room upgrade, the room was very luxurious and comfortable, especially the bathroom with complete facilities, the swimming pool with the best view, also the staff was kind and friendly. Thanks to Alfa for being very helpful and after checking out I was given a small gift, wow, what great service, I really want to go back there.

The room was spacious with elegant marbled wall and floor. The gym facility was fantastic, all new machines. We enjoyed the indoor heated pool too.

The most amazing experience staying here with a city view that is second to none. There is a price for quality. Staying at The Langham Jakarta really makes you feel at home. The location is very strategic in SCBD, the room is spacious and luxurious, plus there is a bathtub next to the window with a view of the city lights that is very beautiful. The service is all friendly, but I want to give a special shout out to Kak Aurel at Alice by Tom Aikens—so kind, very friendly and warm, offering delicious smoothies, even offering to help take my photo and Kak Karsten at the FO is very friendly in asking how the guests' stay was and so far satisfied with the hospitality of the staff. The decor is elegant, every corner is Instagrammable. Worth every penny!
