At first I was afraid it would be a dud because it was so tight to find the villa, but when I arrived it turned out to be exactly the same as in the photo 😍 The villa was neat, clean, beautiful, very well maintained, aesthetic, the service was also friendly, every detail was considered for comfort 🥹🫶🏻 I also ordered a BBQ package, it was cheap and the portion was generous 🙂‍↕️ The private pool was clean, my child even enjoyed swimming, basically the next time I go to Jogja I will staycation here again 🥹❤️

A great villa for a family, accommodating 4 adults and 2 small children. The rooms are very large and have 2 floors. However, the location of the villa is a bit difficult to find.

The location is a bit far in, behind the villa there is a large river, information from the staff is that it is often flooded, including the Homewood type, so we were moved to the Mountain View type. There is only 1 bathroom. We checked in at 6 pm, there were lots of used tissue and hair stuck to the toilet floor, the floor was dusty and stained, the toilet seat cover had brown stains. The swimming pool was dirty, cloudy, the pool pump was not working, information was because it had been submerged in flood water. The room floor was dirty. Sugar was provided in a jar and coffee sachets but the sugar was full of ants so the ants spread everywhere, including our food. The bed cover on the 2nd floor had dark brown stains and was dusty. There was a used mineral water bottle tucked in the sofa. No towels and mats were provided. Finally, we asked the staff to clean and provide towels and mats. The staff cleaned after repeated requests, starting at 6 pm, the staff came at 10 pm when we were about to rest. They said the staff had knocked on the door several times but it wasn't opened, even though we were all swimming, until 9 PM and no staff came, which was because the swimming pool was right in front of the villa door. A water dispenser was provided, but it was empty, so I couldn't be bothered to call the staff. There was no phone, so if anything happened I had to walk a long way to the front. Hopefully, this can be improved in the future, it's very expensive compared to the service and cleanliness.

The accommodation is quite far from the city center, and a large river flows behind the villa. The staff mentioned that the surrounding area, including Villa Homewood, is prone to flooding, so we were advised to stay at Villa Mountain View instead. That villa only had one bathroom. When we checked in at 6 PM, the bathroom floor was covered in used toilet paper and hair. The floor was dusty and dirty, and there were brown stains on the toilet seat. The swimming pool was dirty, the water was cloudy, and the pump was broken, reportedly due to flooding. The room floor was also dirty. There was a sugar bowl and coffee sachets in the room, but the sugar bowl was infested with ants, and there were ants on the food as well. The sheets on the bunk bed were stained with dark brown dirt and covered in dust. There were empty plastic bottles on the sofa. There were no towels or rugs in the room. Eventually, we had to ask the staff to clean and provide towels and rugs. After repeated requests, the staff finally started cleaning from 6 PM to 10 AM, but by then we were ready to relax. We heard staff knocking on the door several times, but no one answered. At 9 AM, while we were swimming, no one had cleaned the pool. We were told that because the pool is right in front of the villa, there's a water filter, but the water had drained completely. We didn't dare call the staff as there was no phone, so if anything happened, we had to walk to the pool ourselves. We hope this will improve in the future. Considering the price, service, and cleanliness, this experience was very disappointing.

The staff is friendly, and the villa is small. The cleanliness is so-so. For this price, not getting a welcome snack and drink is a bit pricey, isn't it? We also didn't get breakfast. The only complaint is that the villa lacks trash cans. A villa this large only has one tiny trash can.

The staff were friendly and the villa was small. Cleanliness was average. For the price, not receiving welcome snacks and drinks felt a bit expensive, didn't it? Also, we didn't have breakfast. My only regret is that the villa didn't have a trash can; a villa of this size only had one small trash can.

The location is close to Jalan Kaliurang and Jalan Palagan, and offers many trendy and legendary culinary destinations. The rooms are peaceful, and the swimming pool is entertaining enough for children. Adults can only use it for soaking. Overall, recommended.

The location is okay, close to everywhere, the facilities are like a family villa. 1 thing I regret: the staff's alertness. I arrived at 14.30 and the staff seemed not ready for the arrival of guests because they had just swept and sprayed perfume here and there, so there was still dust and dirt here and there, and the soap was forgotten to be refilled. The plates and glasses were all dusty, the gallon of water tasted strange since I hadn't drunk it for a long time. I brought a large suitcase and there was no offer to help carry it, well, it's a villa, not a hotel. If asked, would I come back? I think twice. Hehe
