From a 2 day order, I only used 1 day, the room was dirty, many of the facilities were damaged, the pillows and blankets smelled (drool), the room was stuffy. Complaints were not responded to. It's a shame that I already ordered here.

I like the concept of the hotel, but as cheap as the room ordered, there should be blankets and drinking water. This did not exist at all and was not told if any.

Baru kali ini mau check in hotelnya tutup, di telpon katanya lagi libur tp udah bayar di traveloka. Udah mau refund traveloka tp akhirnya bisa check in magrib. Dan setelah check in bener-bener di luar expect banget. Bagi yang mau nginap di sini coba cek di bawah kasur nya banyak harta karun 😡😡 pesen 2 kamar dua duanya sama aja.

Tidak enak sekali nginep di sini pelayanannya kurang puas dan masih banyak kekurangan sebagai untuk penginapan seperti engsel untuk pintu kamar rusak disarankan jangan menginap di sini.

We are also happy that you provide positive suggestions/corrections for us, indeed for mineral water we do not provide considering the room you choose is a standard ac promo room that we have, for the availability of blankets, indeed, the inn provides 1 blanket for one room, however if the guest feels that he is unable to confirm with the receptionist for the addition of a blanket again, for the inconvenience of Mrs. Anggun early on, we from THE ROY SUITES RESIDENCE LAMPUNG apologize with humility and this will be a correction for us so that in the future it doesn't happen again.
