Overall, the place is great, the vibes are great. The price is also worth it. Breakfast doesn't have a lot of options for the price, but it's delicious. The staff is friendly. The only downside is that it's really noisy at night, maybe because it's next to the Barbara Hotel, so I don't know where the noise is coming from.

At over 700.000idr/night, this hotel is old and overpriced. the crack in the door is but one issue only. Not to mention the door would not close due to broken door handle. SO everytime I closed the door I had to use a key and lock it. I asked for 2 sets of keys so that I dodn't have to lock my families in the room

Based on our records, you happened to be the last guest to come for breakfast, and your arrival time was nearing the end of breakfast hours. This is likely what caused the food choices at the buffet to seem incomplete. However, our staff are always on standby in the restaurant area and will be happy to help if there is a menu that you want to ask or add. For the second day, because the number of guests was indeed smaller, the breakfast system became a-la carte so that we could maintain the quality of the food served fresh and according to guest needs. Our restaurant team is always on standby to welcome and serve guests who come for breakfast, and we strive to provide the best service in every situation. Pengalaman TERBURUK selama saya menginap di Tuktuk. Kamar bau pesing, sampai ke tempat tidur. Kamar mandi tidak dibersihkan, sampai berkerak. Kami sampai minta dibersihkan 2 kali, karena stafnya tidak melakukan dengan benar. Kami menginap ketika peak season, harga dibandrol sampai tidak masuk akal, tidak ada opsi untuk pindah ke tempat lain, jadi terpaksa bermalam disana. Benar-benar kapok, foto yang diupload di page hotel itu menipu, sama sekali berbeda dengan aslinya. Saya tidak merekomendasikan tempat ini kepada siapapun.
